Did you know that the Montana Association of REALTORS® has a fund set aside to help local REALTOR® associations in Montana with public-policy issues? It’s called the Issues Mobilization Fund, and it’s overseen by a committee of Montana REALTORS®.
The committee provides support for dealing with local real estate issues. The support can be a combination of money, expertise, or logistics.
Over the years, the Issues Mobilization Fund has reviewed and approved several applications for assistance. More importantly, the association has a high success rate of winning battles in which assistance was awarded.
The application process is simple and quick, and action by the committee is almost immediate. Approved applications are funded very quickly.
Local government actions and policies can have far-reaching effects on the real estate industry or the rights of
private-property owners, so when your community faces a significant real estate issue you need help, remember the Issues Mobilization Fund from the Montana Association of REALTORS®.
